Pros
Love being part of a solid team of hard working individuals (Operations/HR) we work hard, but also get to play hard...Holidays (and general fundays) are always enjoyable. Innovative marketing team that keeps us engaged in Social Media. Check out or FB, Instagram and Twitter pages...we Rock!
Cons
Not a major issue: but due to Smaller organization - not as much opportunity for growth. (However, as individuals - you can grow/learn new things - the sky's the limit!)
