Cons

The work environment was awesome at Kaiser Permanente and my supervisor was great!! Lots of great training!!

No real training or organization. It feels very high school in that their are insiders and outcasts. No real review or clear promotion path.

Pros

Great company with amazing forward thinking in the ad production industry. I learned a lot from the subject matter experts, and the people I met from all across the world who worked for APR were awesome!

Cons

Our team mostly worked remotely from home and occasionally met at the team leaders house for work. Would have preferred a more neutral environment for day-to-day work execution.
