      The people work hard to get the best results for their clients.

      Cons

      Some recruiters are not very helpful in teaching you about the field. They sometimes lack the ability to help interns learn since they are not always in the office, which can make it difficult to get feedback on what you are doing.

      Pros

      Really good people to work with, flexible, good work/life balance, room for advancement and professional growth. Good benefits if you are a corporate employee.

      Cons

      A lot of nepotism going on, though they were all very nice people. Back office operations were somewhat unorganized and inefficient as communication between department heads was almost nil.
