      Pros

      Seems like they've really got their act together. I come from other sales companies and have seen a lot of different internal methods of growth but APR seems to have a specific, achievable plan for the next 5-10 years. I feel comfortable saying that I think I'll be here for a good long time!

      Cons

      Should have more holidays. Also, only 3 sicks days AFTER 1 first year? I've never seen such a low amount.

      Pros

      Great starting pay for warehouse work in lebanon. Lots of overtime. Yearly gain share check incentives. Coworkers are good people.

      Cons

      Lots of gossip like any other warehouse. Not diverse, gender wise. It's a sausage fest. Hard to get on first shift. You have to know people. 401k is horrible, they don't match.
