      Pros

      Seems like they've really got their act together. I come from other sales companies and have seen a lot of different internal methods of growth but APR seems to have a specific, achievable plan for the next 5-10 years. I feel comfortable saying that I think I'll be here for a good long time!

      Cons

      Should have more holidays. Also, only 3 sicks days AFTER 1 first year? I've never seen such a low amount.

      Pros

      Amazing culture. They really "get it", and are mutually about servicing their customers to the fullest but not at the expense of the employee. Growing company and financially strong and a healthy company.

      Cons

      Long hours and a little bit lower pay than most distributors.
