Pros

Great open-minded people, the company fosters personnal growth and development, direction of the business is driven by the employee's ideas, knowledge and skills, it is a very rewarding job and if you get involved and show interest, you will have the possibility to get involved in different projects that are part of the development of the business itself

Cons

Salary is nowhere near competitive, career opportunities are limited if you don't work at the head office of April, lot of staff turnover which creates stabilities issues and results in you getting assign tasks that your role is not designed for in the first place, bad system to work with

Salary not bad if you don't have a lot of experience or qualifications.

The workload is too much since there is not a lot of staff. Prepared to be stressed

Pros

Not very many. Job security is good though. There are some good talented people.

Cons

Poor management. A real blame culture exists, the people at the top live in a bubble and take all the credit for success, but nothing negative is ever there responsibility. Virtually no training is ever given and as such career progression is none existent. Very old business model, which at some point will cause problems. Not good at innovating and relies on a small number of products for profits. The same mistakes are made over and over again. Mistakes are not anyalized and built upon.
