Pay, overtime, company tries to take care of its employees.

Cons

Spend a lot of time at work because its mostly shift work, 12-13 hour shifts. Depending on where you live, it's a bit of a drive.

Some of the corporate middle management are very arrogant and lazy. They will do the bare minimum to get by and only promote their friends.
