The people are great. Smart and committed to customers.

Cons

Compensation is low for industry. Have no interest in retaining talent and treat employees as cogs in machine. High degree of micromanagement and promotions are based on favoritism instead of competence or merit. Management is always asking for more and more but they do not reciprocate.
