It was the place to work when it was built. Slowly falling ever since!

Pros

Overall, the employees are really good. Management will get involved and work side by side when the plant goes down. Newer facility which is nice.

Cons

The wages are not keeping up so they are starting to fall behind other employers in the area. Wage stagnation is causing experienced employees to leave. the schedule is tough. Advancement is mostly given to being in the "click" of right people.
