      Do not expect raises. Do not expect hands on management. Do not expect to be valued for your efforts, you are replaceable and you know it, because your manager will tell you.

      Consistent working hours. Flexibility to get more business.

      Cons

      No training. Extreme disorganization. Upper management doesn't care about people, just money. Pay is low. They fire people without notice and shove their jobs onto everyone else. Employees backbite each other. No one feels appreciated. No pride in the company. Benefits are not great. Each shop runs different with no consistency. Different shops steal jobs from each other. No employee discount.
