      Great local staff, regional was good, national could not get on the same page. Ask lots of questions and listen to the answers closely

      Cons

      Being told to do things one way by one boss the asked by another boss why you are doing it that way. Rinse repeat.

      Pros

      Offering of services they provide to their customers is extensive. People in shops are very nice. Thats all I can think of.

      Cons

      You have to pay a lot into the health plan, even for a large company. Their corporate leadership changes direction too often. It never gives a sales team to get their feet planted and secure sales. Even though they say their comp plans are uncapped, they change it every year to keep reps for making any real money.

      Nothing other than able to build relationships

      Cons

      I was promised so much from this company yet they did nothing to deliver in regard to support from management, compensation and the vacation time was not at all what was in the offer. Hands down not a good company in every aspect.
