      Pros

      If you're in one of the growing divisions/services of the company the opportunity is there if you're willing to work for it and wait your turn.

      Cons

      Executive level, most notably the corporate leadership has an agenda to the stockholders which is understandable but I think that amidst all that they are forgetting about the bottom level group of individuals that helps keep the stockholders investing.

      Pros

      ARC is a large company that has shifted it's focus with the changing needs of our industry. They offer a multitude of services and products which is why they have survived and thrived in many areas. With their vast array of products and services they have plenty to offer to a large customer base that is much bigger than the traditional AEC market.

      Cons

      Because of the lack of focus on Education and Training it is difficult for employees to move up within the organization. Employees and managers that do well in their respective areas sometimes get stuck because the company doesn't want to risk moving them up and ruining what success they are having locally.

      Pros

      They buy you lunch, give some people birthday parties and others don’t get one. The pto is good. But no real pay increases.

      Cons

      The manager is terrible and corporate is like the grim reaper. They lay off a lot of workers all the time to save money especially if you’re older or become sick. The seagulls in the parking lot dump on your car all day. It’s foreshadowing. Most of the people there are nice but the sales people are pushy and irritating.
