A refreshing pace of work and atmoshphere

Pros

I've only been with ARC for a short period of time and enjoy the type of work. It makes me think in a different way. The work pace is refreshing from previous jobs I've had and every day is different from the one before. The atmosphere is refreshing in the sense that every one had your back. It's also very rewarding to see how happy customers are when we give them the final result of their own creations, not something you can get at other occupations. I feel good about coming to work and putting in my best for a company that truly cares about how their branches are doing. I look forward to the future with ARC.

Cons

The busy days can become overwhelming at times, even stressful at times which is hard to let follow you home. I think ARC can do a lot more to get their name out there in terms of advertising, especially with so many online services available. As in terms of being an employee, I think there is room for improvement with how training is done for new employee's.
