Little or no increases at all You are just a number No opportunity to grow within the business Poor management team Employees hate working in there, they just go for the pay check Working with the feeling that you will let go at any moment (usually they tell at 4PM on a Friday).

Good work life balance Staff are friendly and helpful

This is the kind of place that you tell yourself "it will do for now" Don't get stuck there like other people regretfully do Employee satisfaction is low which explains the high and constant turnover rate 2 rounds of lay offs in 1 year for budget cuts Leadership is a three ring circus A few managers are pleasant to work with but it does not outweigh the negative experiences.
