This company started out in the 80's mainly printing blueprints, plans, and reports for construction companies. Now that most documents are managed digitally they are trying to pivot to something with a profitable future, but they don't seem to know what that is. Before the pandemic, they started rounds of layoffs as a cost cutting move. I do not recommend applying for a job there as your professional future will be very uncertain.

Can you say "Demanding Deadlines?" It is what it is if you are left alive and breathing in this industry, as it continues to contract. Management can foster a better team culture by closer communication, and rewarding employees with recognition on a regular basis. Although there is a bonus incentive in place, 2019 and of course 2020 were down years - so the bonus was irrelevant.
