      1. Salary 2. Management 3. Time They do not value their employees. Hires so many freshers to get their job done in minimal wage and doesn't give a damn about seniors. Keeps meeting at night and expect the seniors to stay available all the time on phone. Make false promises. They will manipulate you with sweet talks. Bad people
