Pros

people are nice. general employees are friendly. nice work atmosphere. ability to learn.you will get a lot of projects in which you will learn a lot.

Cons

india technical management is just a pittance. general office maintenance is shabby. incapable people leading the india team. favouritism present. US team is capable however.
