      Pay is decent enough I suppose.

      Cons

      They fired me after being released from suicide watch while I was still in the hospital parking lot. Was also told Dr note didn't matter.

      Pros

      Most of the ground level employees are nice to work with. They typically have each other's backs and are willing to lend a hand with guidance or training.

      Cons

      None in management have any business experience outside of the failed/acquired Smith's Machine. Financial problems abound. Effort is put into hiding problems and challenges from corporate instead of finding solutions. Very high turnover rate.
