Arch Medical Solutions-Elkhart is an excellent employer. They take great care of their employees and families. Great compensation, easy going work environment, excellent management, team oriented, family oriented, and all around best place to work.

Pros

They are flexible and willing to work within reason with your schedule. People are nice and professional. The building in clean for a machining facility and air conditioned. They give bonuses and have breaks every two hours. You can work quite a bit more if you want and get good overtime.

Cons

Things could be organized better but it isn’t a deal breaker by any means just something you have to work with.

In addition to good working environment competitive pay, 401k and medical benefits Arch medical solutions is interested in your growth. Our plant has a CT state approved apprenticeship program and works closely with local tech schools and colleges to train the next generation of employees. On the job training is ongoing.
