Great environment to learn and perfect your trade. There are some brilliant people here. Arch philadelphia is constantly expanding and adding new machines, which is opening the door for more advancement opportunities.

Cons

Could have a better yearly raise rate. That’s about the only negative I can think of.

The environment is very welcoming and the actual location of the shop is ideal being right off of 25

Cons

Sometimes paperwork can be a hassle being that orders may be split among different ops at the same time and have 3 shifts of people having to coordinate with each other
