The environment is very welcoming and the actual location of the shop is ideal being right off of 25

Cons

Sometimes paperwork can be a hassle being that orders may be split among different ops at the same time and have 3 shifts of people having to coordinate with each other

There is movement they out the company and a great place to learn your position and hone your skills. 95% of the workers in any department will help you out if you ask them for help. If your willing to work they have OverTime

Cons

Hard workers here are under appreciated but once the slackers sweep the floor for the first time in a year they get a standing ovation. Communication is very poor in group projects/ process development. People don’t go that 100% when it comes to paperwork and it’s always the higher people who are stuck fixing/ marking up there corrections
