Pros

You can have your own toolbox. 2.5 weeks vacation per year. Medical and dental coverage. You have the freedom to use any machines you want.

Cons

Poor air quality and poor air conditioning. Older machines. I had to do a lot of side work to cobble together some of the basics for the shop. Poor maintenance.

Arch is a great place to work and grow your career. They have a very positive / friendly work environment while still being challenging and fast-pasted. The senior management is supportive, caring, and engaged with employees.

Cons

They’ve been working hard to improve employee benefits but the PTO and paid holidays could be increased.
