Pros

ARCH Medical Solutions has a well organized atmosphere. The people here are friendly and customer focused. Most people are goal driven and genuinely care about their work. Management is good and I've seen first hand how much they care about their employees. I enjoy working for ARCH and most of the time I feel I am valued.

Cons

Slightly less competitive pay and some employees lack work ethic.

Pros

You can have your own toolbox. 2.5 weeks vacation per year. Medical and dental coverage. You have the freedom to use any machines you want.

Cons

Poor air quality and poor air conditioning. Older machines. I had to do a lot of side work to cobble together some of the basics for the shop. Poor maintenance.
