ARCH has provided our company with growth opportunity financially as was as personally. They have made substantial investment in our business, equipment and people. They have also left our culture intact and in fact enhanced it thru sharing knowledge amongst our sister sites.
Cons
Being part of a larger company typically leads to bureaucracy. ARCH let’s each plant remain a stand alone enjoying the benefits of a larger company while still operating like a smaller company.
