Store and layout is visually nice

- It felt like they only hired a very specific type of person. As one of the very few POC, it was hard not to notice how non-diverse the team was and it didn’t feel very inclusive. - Management was cliquey, fake, and disorganized. It felt like they played favorites and didn’t treat everyone equally. If you're not their type, good luck, - The shifts are extremely long and tiring (~10 hours), and especially when you're closing even if you're scheduled to end at a certain time, they won't let you until everyone else is done with their task. You are forced to work overtime.
