      Interesting projects to work on. Easy to move between projects Excellent on-site training provided

      Since being acquired by GD the benefits have gone down Hard to get promoted

      Good environment to work in. Pretty relaxed with friendly customers. Very easy job to understand and learn even if you haven't done before

      Cons

      Departments don't really talk to each other about issues that effect each other. Some Departments under staffed. Need better organization in some areas

      Always working with new technologies and being able to work in an enterprise environment. Able to hold a good position with no degree and earn great pay.

      Cons

      Government customer is a pain to work for and ARMA leadership is not able to prevent it.
