      Pros

      Good top level leadership, commitment to the customer, recognizes hard work, gives back to the community. Company is made up of some great veterans that look to hire former service members with great minds and work ethics.

      Cons

      Doesn't remain loyal to it's employees. Their focus is to provide service to the customer at any cost and employees are just filling a slot to carry out that commitment.

      Good environment to work in. Pretty relaxed with friendly customers. Very easy job to understand and learn even if you haven't done before

      Cons

      Departments don't really talk to each other about issues that effect each other. Some Departments under staffed. Need better organization in some areas
