      Great people, personal interest in employees

      Cons

      No system in place for natural disasters or dangerous weather conditions. Forced to use vacation days while base was closed for hurricane, snow closures, etc.

      Great benefits package, 401k matching and healthcare. Positive work environment. Offer advancemrnt opportunities within company and gdit.

      Cons

      Like any Department of Defense Contractor there is the disadvantage of job security however Arma and GDIT offer assistance with relocation if the contract you are on does not get retained
