      Pros

      Best about hiring/promoting from within Management listens and acts on concerns I actually receive bonuses from this company

      Cons

      Some non-technical managers micromanage tier 2/3 engineers/admins Acquisition by GDIT has added bureaucracy to all levels of employee welfare, training, benefits, etc.

      Pros

      There are tons of opportunities and they are always looking to benefit you. The company is very family friendly, and will always try to help you work through issues.

      Cons

      I havent found anything wrong so far. Senior leadership is meh, but thats not specifically with ARMA Global

      Pros

      Once in place, and you knew what they were about, they were a great company to work for. They work very hard for you getting you what you need.

      Cons

      Needed better communication when taking over a contract. First impressions are important, appeared to be very hostile in our eyes. Might have been better to open up with an HR person to soften everyone up first.
