Toxic Leadership, Toxic environment! Limited contracts in the area and overall “good ol boy” system. Better opportunities in the area with better pay and work environment.

Working with SOCOM is great and the mission was important

Cons

Since being acquired by GD the company doesn't give a crap about people. Benefits somehow became worse and lots of promises get made (performance bonuses, etc) and come up empty or so off-target it's a joke.
