Pros
The company tends to hire quality people.
Cons
The pay practices. The company does not take total compensation into account when promoting from hourly to salary positions; they only look at base pay. If you are a dedicated worker who works overtime and makes a good bonus, you can actually make more money than what HR would offer for a "promotion" to a salaried position. I have had to turn down several opportunities because of this. Also, while the company hires mostly good people, there are also those that are dead weight and will never leave. Armada does not have an employee performance plan, so the worst employees can collect a check with no consequence to their quality or lack of work.
