Pros

Laid back environment, middle management seems to understand you as a person and not just a body (to a certain degree), learning opportunities are numerous.

Cons

It's tough to get out of the position you're in, even if you are a hard worker and show that constantly. You can have the chance to get more knowledge, but when you attempt to utilize that knowledge to get out of your current position it is almost a hindrance.

Great culture for employees. They are a growing business with a excellent group of clients. Even though they are not a big company they do try to provide opportunities for people to develop their career.

Can't really think of anything.
