Very flexible, interesting work, good company culture, strong annual bonus program, very good about promoting from within (people on here who say there isn't growth/development opportunities are probably just mad they didn't get selected), good benefits

Cons

Low pay in some areas, minimal yearly salary increases, only 6 paid holidays and PTO does not roll over

Cons

no recognition for efforts. Same stuff different toilet, every single day. no improvements to operation procedures, no accountability, internal lapses between departments. Favoritism.
