Leadership did a great job getting the company through the tough situations over the past few years. As restaurants and suppliers struggled, the company did a great job of managing limited resources. They also managed to avoid any layoffs.

Cons

Needlessly strict on covid measures. We are able to walk into any store and restaurant in the area with no covid measures in place but they are enforcing stricter measures in a safer environment to begin with.
