Company tries. Free lunch on Thursdays. During my exit interview once I got a new job, HR really listened to problems within organization and did a good job making me feel like they cared (although evident that they do not since those I know that still work there say things have gotten WORSE)

Cons

Extremely catty. Every group in this organization is different. Some groups get along well, some not. Cliques everywhere though. If you are lucky enough to find a person or 2 you can trust STICK WITH THEM. But overall a majority of the people there cannot be trusted. Poor control of processes, poor outlook overall, needs total overhaul in order to ever be a good company to work at again. (Like it once was)

Working environment is horrible. Management treats employees like absolute crap. Marketing comms witch is a nightmare, business development team is a nightmare, HR won't help because who knows why. It's crazy. Not a good working environment at all. They should pay for the therapy sessions you'll likely need after working there.

No-one accepts accountability when they do something wrong, Some management push their duties on others,No proper training for anyone, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PAY STUB (they mess them up ALOT and think it is fine to do that), Poor communication, you can not go to the GM if you have any issues, and the list goes on. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
