They are family-friendly and flexible. It is easy-going, management does not push for quick work/deadlines or ask for anything more than the occasional SWAG estimate that is used for planning purposes only.

Cons

They only give 6 holidays and 16 PTO days to start. PTO does not roll over. There are no sick days.
