I disagree with some of the previous reviews, this is one of the best work environments that I have encountered. My co-workers are easy to talk to and very supportive. You are able to wear jeans on Fridays and Mondays. They allow you the flexibility that you need for work/life balance. There are opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Cons

There are times when the workload can get hectic.

The co-workers/supervisors are great people to work with, comfortable work environment, free lunches on Thursday's, hard work is noticed and rewarded, fair compensation compared to the industry average, an overall growing company.

Cons

Sometimes have to work long hours and can be stressful, however our company is here to fix problems and so it comes with the job.
