Free lunches, but that was only when we were actually in the office

Cons

Below average pay. You would think for a 4 billion dollar revenue company they could pay their employees competitive salaries. People are constantly leaving due to low pay and being overworked. The wrong people are promoted when employees that are loyal to company and hard workers don't even get noticed. Management is non-existent and for how small the company is, you are still just a number. Processes don't change, voices are not heard, and growth is stagnant.
