The bonus system got a major upgrade last year - now high, and actually reachable. Feels good to be recognized.

Cons

Sometimes hitting the top bonus takes extra effort.

I used to think bonus is intentionally made hard to get and hardly anyone must be getting it in full.

Cons

But when I heard that close to 60% achieve it fully I was shocked-Kudos to my colleagues.
