Pros
Friendly if you fit in. Very easy to get along with other departments. Very quick to promote in title and new responsibility regardless of experience or proven track record within the company.
Cons
Significant and frequent management changes without positive hand-off. Poor communication between levels of authority. Unclear and changing expectations without proper communication. Will ask you to work outside and above your job title and pay to "test" you. Pervassive culture of bullying.

Pros
They give you what you need to get the job done Great work life balance (9/9 schedule is the best) they want you to use all your PTO. Everyone works together to get the job done. (Great support from entire team from management to staff to other Arro office) They are big on continuing education - Arro will pay your bills so you can learn and grow! Great benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K with match, tuition reimbursement, so on) They company is growing and Arro is big on promoting from within. If you work hard they will reward you! You get to do a lot of work that benefits the local community, environment and state we live in!
Cons
Its a growing company, so you need to be comfortable with change.
