Pros

Nothing, Please don't join ARi

Cons

Never ever ever join ARi since it's a Worst company ever seen and it's loosing business from caterpillar major client. During my time at ARi, I faced several challenges — including lack of support for experienced and freshers, minimal growth opportunities, and managerial neglect, Promotions were rare, and many employees felt undervalued. This is not a healthy environment for career growth. After seeing a documentary, I can see Similarities with ARi to OceanGates company (submarine imploded near titanic due to failures ignored by top Management) they don't listen to employees. Here are my truthful experiences from bottom of my heart : 1) They abuse freshers and exploit their career path, so don't join ARI if your fresher. 2) No promotion, no hikes or increments, so don't join ARI if your experienced. 3) Don't invest in ARI if your invester or loan provider. 4) They use u like "use and throw glass" and suck your blood like leeches🪱. 5) ARI is like agent where they create an image of giving training but it's useless. Then after three months they will kick you out if you not getting selected to caterpillar, I have seen and heard many of my friends experiences while they leave ARI. 6) Due to family situations humans join a company but these ARI like company use u and throw you away. 7) All board members are their family members, so you know nepotism. 8) They are very much dependent on caterpillar, but soon 😺 CAT will kick of ARI. 9) All important top level managers, critical resources are gone. 10) Dont believe any top level management statements, they will speak like banana, ARI thinks they are doing good for company but don't know they are digging hole for themselves. Last but not least, if karma is true ARi will pay for its sins soon.
