      Good but not Great

      Pros

      I worked at a client location. - They have a properly functioning HR & TAG. - They are working consistently to grow as a product-based company as well as a service-based company. - I had 3 managers during my tenure and all 3 were kind and approachable. And probably since I was at client location, they did not interfere or bother me with anything.

      Cons

      I was hired for a low Salary and the following hikes were low as well (citing covid). But even after Covid, the salary revision did not happen and no amount of conversations yielded any result until I actually put down my papers. And then the market-equivalent was agreed upon.
