      Hybrid/Working at Home, None of the senior management is related despite what other comments say

      Very Unprofessional and Owner doesn't want to organize. Owner changes decisions constantly to the point that different people are told different decisions by owner which makes it impossible to develop comphrensive, methodical approaches and will drift matters into the problems you tried to avoid initially. Employees Snipe around at each other which is encouraged by senior leadership. Too much sharing and spreading of tight company information.

      The leadership at ARi has been striving hard to tackle the volatile market conditions while staying keeping up to date with technological developments and growing competition. We release an internal newsletter and conduct Town Halls on a quarterly basis for providing the latest updates to our employees.
