      Pay on time you can do nothing, nobody cares

      Cons

      They tree employees as only revenue, if you are not on a paying project get out now. HR policies change based on who needs help, the favorite people are okay, while the rest of us can only do wrong. Only relatives and friends of executive leaders get to senior manager positions and they are protected even when they are wrong.

      Devastated, Annoying experience

      Nothing reminds me to say, I just walk off.

      Cons

      Really a rude, drastic, ruthless, relentless, filthy experience ever ever had in my whole career. Having one OEM should not let these people to do this much coagulation to Employee. Sudden change of Policies(likely BONUS) crushes ones mind(whoever works).
