Nothing Good about the company.
Cons
1. Your financial growth will be stagnant, if you want to increase your package then you have to resign. then they will come and negotiate to revoke. 2. They change the policy as whenever they want. 3. No process followed. 4. Simply they don't give 3 months arrears and say policy got changed. 5. No employee benefits 6. No career growth. you will be doing the same job. 7. they wont give the salary on time after appraisal cycle.
