      Flexible timing once deployed at client location. Work-Life Balance.

      Cons

      No trainings to upgrade the skills. No free-food or other incentives. Cost-of-living increases with no absolute benefits.

      you will be good if you get onsite opportunity with client Only join here if you don't have job, if you already working in a good company dont come here.

      Cons

      You will be hired if they have any projects, After making money & once the project ends you will be fired. Whatever talent you have, how hard you work, you will get recognized.
