      Pros

      It was an agency company, so it was easy to cut ties. The pay was a little better than other agencies serving Peoria, IL.

      Cons

      I heard rumors of verbal and emotional abuse of employees. People were told they did not deserve their salaries, and some even had their paycheck stopped. Management at ARI was strange because they had no ties to the actual work I was doing, and they would still impose their advice on how to do the job better. There didnt seem to be much opportunity for growth within the company. Mandatory company meetings were unpaid.

      Really good company to learn more knowledge and gives a space for exploring .

      Cons

      company is privately held so while salaries are competitive, there isn't any equity or ownership opportunity.
