      My career graph is looking healthy in this company. There are good opportunities for the freshers and there is a good scope for them. Its a developing company.

      Pros

      Continuous Improvements. I think they tried best to create better career options, Compensation inspite of struggling market dynamics with our customers. I like the idea of Pay out on Vacation if not used end of the year rather than Use it or Lose it. Its innovative & trying to create better benefits with the limitations.

      Cons

      Have all capabilities to grow & should increase pace of growth. Diversifying to other customers will be at test in the next couple of years. Should plan for more long term benefits as well.
