      Bad work ethics, bad compensation, bad management practices

      Pros

      - They always offer a job (little to no rejection)

      Cons

      - Most of business is driven by only one OEM client, and thus pay hike is little to none, high business risk, thus little job security - Pay-cuts "on the fly" are common within the company - Bad work ethics when it comes to employees (especially non-citizens and their visa sponsorship) - Management looks at employees as a cheap labor going from "affordable" to "cheapest"

      Pros

      Continuous Improvements. I think they tried best to create better career options, Compensation inspite of struggling market dynamics with our customers. I like the idea of Pay out on Vacation if not used end of the year rather than Use it or Lose it. Its innovative & trying to create better benefits with the limitations.

      Cons

      Have all capabilities to grow & should increase pace of growth. Diversifying to other customers will be at test in the next couple of years. Should plan for more long term benefits as well.
