Environment and well structured with good employees to work with

Salary is not fair If you want to have a good salary you have to resign to get a counter offer especially for seniors Manegerial decisions are influenced by outer parties for example they forced the employees to sign "conflict of interests" form that we had to specify if we have relatives working in other IT companies HR is noot good (used to be better) Career path is not clear Many promises given by the management but never followed
